We have an extra room available in North Titusville. We're about 5 minutes away from I-95 in a very quiet neighborhood. Room is about 10x10 with a small closet. Bathroom directly across the hall will be shared with other roommate. Full use of appliances (washer, dryer, refrigerator, etc.) with access to Brighthouse Lightning I-net.

Rent is $250 per month due at the beginning of the month. I'm flexible but it must be kept reasonable. I also ask for a $200 deposit that I will give back upon leaving. I ask for such because I had an issue a year ago where someone was leaving and decided to sabotage the plumbing a week before he left. Also, you'll have to cover your end of the food. I buy for everyone on occasion, but it's not a common occurrence.
